What is EU-INC?
Europe's answer to Delaware: one European company type, for all 27 EU countries.
EU-INC is a proposal for an optional pan-European company type (28th regime), alongside national laws. The goal is to standardize corporate governance and investment instruments, and to grow employment opportunities and the talent base available continent-wide. The proposal was developed consulting European founders and together with Europe's startup associations.
